  Yesterday day I enquired about a phone plan, customer service was friendly at the start. But when declined the tone changed, I asked why as my credit history isn't to bad, was pretty much palmed off by the young lady and told to phone Telstra when I was in a Telstra shop. I asked about buying a phone outright instead As I was desperate for a phone as the current 1 I had was broken. There was no interest in selling me a phone I was enquiring to buy outright! I had money, and current valid Qld drivers license to purchase a phone. Was pretty much ignored and sent on my way so the next customer could be served. I was quite embarrassed and took my business elsewhere.
